The million dollar question: BUT HOW TO RELEASE THE INNER ANGER?? It's my inner anger, repressed for decades until my abuse surfaced that caused the 'fibromyalgia' to accumulate in my tissues. To me, ALCHEMIZING AND RELEASING INNER ANGER is an ongoing process and I've had to find ALL the ways I can to keep moving it out over and over again. (I think it's similar for most of us to some degree.) 1. I use a pleasure practice to meet my pain and not get stuck in it (that's what my free pleasure/dance circles are all about actually) 2. DANCING, SHAKING, SOMATIC RELEASE these are really 3 different modalities and have SO much to offer. (Somatic options: beating a pillow with all your might, lay on the floor and literally have a tantrum, scream as loud as you can (maybe into a pillow if it'll alarm those nearby). 3. NATURE, WATER, GROUNDING (Feet to earth) 4. KUNDALINI!! There are Amazing kriyas and meditations to really purge huge amount id inner anger. Kriya for inner anger, fists of anger, etc. (I'll record and post some of these practices - these can move a LOT of energy in a short time.) 5. Be aware of my anger and try to let it move through my body when it's present rather than pushing it back down to tend to later. (It's more difficult to move then, and can already be causing me physical pain.) 6. Acknowledge and allow that you have anger. Give it time and space and be aware of tending to it rather than projecting it onto those around you. (This one was huge for me as I was clinging to my anger by constantly projecting issues onto those around me - mostly my partner, but it was MY OWN WAY of not having to alchemize/ release it.) 7. The more anger I alchemize, the more present, happy and juicy I feel. Releasing my anger does not interfere with other people's karma (which is natural law - undeniable and undebatable), but it Does give me permission to receive BACK the pieces of me that were frozen/burning up in there.
