Release is the positive expression and suppression is the negative. Suppression brings dis-ease, and release brings healing. What are you suppressing? Maybe even from yourself? What has it not felt safe to release? What part of you, what expression, what emotion or feeling has it felt like there is simply not room for that needs to be given attention now? "Negative" emotions are not bad or harmful ~ unless we don't allow them expression and thus trap them in our energetic fields and bodies. All emotions are messages from the body - they are energy in motion. What they need is allowance, flow, and movement so they don't become overpowering and a force of dis-ease and destruction. When we allow them and love them as they come and take them for the messages they are and tend to them, we are able to lovingly guide their expression constructively. Suppression is especially detrimental to the adrenals, according to Emoto, and it is in R E L E A S E that the healing is to be found.
