Moon in Aquarius Fri. 2/17 22:34 til Sun. 2/19 21:55 MST It's not JUST the Aquarius moon, with moon passing by Saturn finishing it's 2 1/2 year transit of the sign in just two weeks, it's the dark moon. This Aquarius dark moon over Saturday and Sunday preceding Monday's new moon at 1° Pisces is the lowest energy point of this lunar cycle and our cue to turn inward and release what we don't want to carry through the coming new moon portal. As this is our annual new moon in Pisces on deck, this means releasing everything from the past year, but also, this new moon is bridging us from Saturn in Aquarius since March 2020 to Saturn in Pisces which begins on March 7th, so it's also about deep release of all the fear, loss, and restriction we've felt over the pandemic. That's a big dark moon. Last month's was all about releasing the past decade of Pluto in Capricorn before it lands in Aquarius until 2044. We are moving through a time of great transition, so really digging into these dark moon opportunities for release each month is extremely important now. *If you missed Thursday's Dark Moon Release Live, be sure to check it out! Aquarius is the sign of fixed air. It's modern ruler is Uranus, but its ancient ruler is Saturn (also ruler of Capricorn). The past five years we've felt the heavy hand of Saturn, Lord of Karma and Taskmaster, but that's all about to change in a couple of weeks when it lands in Pisces.
