I just read this article last night in Forbes about the "dangers of manifesting," written by a psychologist, and it's more speaking to the dangers of misunderstanding the term - like you can simply think something into being, and how that belief can actually contribute to you being more complacent, which then contributes to NOT reaching your goals. My belief, and what I teach and coach, is about the importance of rooting out the limiting beliefs and creating a new supportive foundation of belief, thought, AND ACTION, including daily habits, that rewire the brain, shift the energetic prism you are interfacing with life through and also shift identity. This includes energetic exercises and somatic exercises that help the nervous system hold more as well as using things like SMART goal-setting, which he also brought up in the article.
