Grand rising dear ones! How has your integration process been going since the eclipse portal? There have been a LOT of bumps for me, for sure! So many spaces I felt that I had 'mastered' or risen to coming back around to be looked at again: Is this Really as balanced, reciprocal and uplifting as I had believed? I am truly being seen? I am I creating space to Truly Express My Gifts? I am Creating the Space in my life to Cultivate my gifts, my peace, my sense of feeling good? We have been receiving higher and higher ascension energy upgrades coming in and we may be feeling a wide variety of unexpected physical sensations that have no 'diagnosis'. The key is to care for yourself with rest, healthy foods, hydration - and most importantly, not freaking out! Using whatever tools you have Not to freak out. Address anxiety consistently with breath and nervous system care. Because the triggers Will Still Be There! Ascension doesn't mean all our challenges get cleared out For Us. Ascension is that we raise ourselves to learn and work with our triggers, to heal the inner child and nervous system 'loop' that's created negative stories in our lives. And the energies Are NOT letting us play small any more. WE HAVE TO CONFRONT OUR FEARS - with compassion and boundaries. The end of the line has come for fear to run us any longer. WE ARE TOO POWERFUL AND THE UNIVERSE WILL NOT SUPPORT OUR FEAR AND SMALLNESS - WE ARE BREAKING THROUGH, NOW — TOGETHER! (Examples: political affiliations that share particular dogmas and cause us to 'go against' other humans; agreements made as children to stay safe in our families; going by the current 'status quo' in order to be accepted, etc.)
