This is a kundalini meditation/pranayam to work with the heart. Physically, energetically, emotionally. Heart health & broken hearts too. This can be practiced up to 8 minutes. Start with 30 sec-1 minute to ensure you have the posture locked in and go on from there! You can also minimize the time but practice it more than once per day! Tune in with the adi mantra 3 times: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (I bow to or call on my higher self) Start slow and build up! Keep the body facing front and the arms totally straight. Inhale nose, exhale mouth powerfully, pushing the navel back toward the spine releasing all the breath.
