Earlobes, navel then nape of the neck! An interesting 'snippet' of my moon centers cycle I'm using to illustrate TRANSFERENCE! (And a call to notice the UNIQUE sequence of your moon centers and what potentials that creates in our lives!) FIRST, a little about each — In my EARLOBES I am mulling over the dynamics of all my relationships and looking for imbalances to bring into balance (neg), fantasizing over possibilities (pos), or seeing how I AM the pilot wave for my experience in each relationship (family, intimate, friend, colleague, client). Then my NAVEl comes along and I can be easily distracted by physical activity and (the other best besides inner thighs) opportunity to get things Done. And since my inner thighs moon center has happened recently, I often feel the need to 'wrap up' things not completed then. And then the NAPE OF THE NECK moon center, this one also brings us back to our relationships and can be more external than the Earlobes, since we tend to focus more Romantically. They say this moon center is Romantic, I find it calls out my VULNERABILITY. Here we can sometimes forget our first and foremost romance - with our inner divine and our own sensuality. When we skip over this, other romance we receive externally gets superficial. When we have tended to our inner romance first, a juicy romantic nature exudes From us, as opposed to seeking it out from others. With this MOON CENTER SEQUENCE, unresolved 'fodder' from the earlobes moon center can TRANSFER into this moon center, taking center stage. I'm feeling like diving into that tender, juicy time, yet I haven't ensured I am feeling seen and cared for. My inner victim starts talking to me, so my body can not feel good. Often, asking for what I need in retrospect or for the future is not well received — I am supposed to know and plan for what I need so I can request it before I feel victimized for not already having it offered to me. (I call this the Bitch & Blessing of fibromyalgia, but it seems it can play out in a Multitude of ways in anyone's life - so I thought I'd share.) Generally, it is always better to dive INTO MYSELF then speak into the void I am feeling within. Externalizing the void we feel generally does not point us to the solution that was birthed with the contrast. So I put on my earbuds and dove in. I connected with myself and cried it out. I moved my hips. I connected with my feet and all parts of my body in circles and 8s. I connected with my breath, and I SHOOK IT ALL THE 'F' OUT!!! This left me in a much more neutral, meditative mind, so actually pausing to meditate at this point - even for 3 min brings so much reward. I am leaving three super inspirational tracks here for you - in case they may help you find your way inside to your own bliss - it's Always Here For Us. I just found mine again and I Know you can too.
