Thurs. 11/24: Affirmations for the New Moon in Sagittarius. The new moon was exact at 1° Sag yesterday, Wed. 11/23, at 15:57 MST, with ruler Jupiter stationing direct just minutes later at 16:02, at 28° Pisces (the sign also traditionally ruled by Jupiter - before Neptune was discovered). Like I've been saying this week, this is a really auspicious set up for a brilliant new beginning, especially given the nature of Sagittarius, the enthusiastic fire sign of expansion, growth, hope, faith, optimism, and belief. Plus, we're really turning a corner now from the more challenging astrology we've been experiencing over the past months since the mid-May Scorpio full moon eclipse kicked off this year's summer retrogrades (reviews/challenges/lessons), and really even the past couple of years of trying times. So as we cruise through today's newly waxing Sagittarius moon, here are some affirmations to help you lock in your new moon vibes. The waxing moon is the week-long phase from the new moon til the first quarter moon choice-point, and it's the perfect time for anchoring in our new moon intentions - really feeling into them and getting them integrated into our bodies. This is a really good time for envisioning what it will look and feel like to be living your intentions and lock into that, and even break it down into smaller intentions and bite sized goals, and the feeling states you want to produce, so you can start generating the energetic field of the "future you" living your desired reality right here and now. It's time to shift your perspective from "I want that" to "I AM THAT," and to start generating it in your life now - start creating it for yourself. Don't place conditions on it. If you want happy, start being the person who is happy. Don't wait for something to make it okay for you to be happy - stand up and take it right now! That will get the flow started.
