Feeling overwhelmed? PAUSE. Snippy? PAUSE. Sad? PAUSE. Let's learn to stay with the emotion all the way through. And to hold Ourselves in all the ways we react or respond. Notice where our hearts, bodies, minds, nervous systems are off. And instead of projecting, focus it compassionately back within. (With extra compassion please!) What do I want to experience a better response to? How do I want to feel? What is it time to do? Is it time for holding myself in deep emotion? Is it a time to take better responsibility for my own feelings, health etc.? Reprogram negative mental cycles? What about unconscious expectations? What do I really want? *Soulwork: Note what you want - the first, simple thing that comes up. Answer the questions without stressing responses. Note 'what time it is' but don't DO just yet. Breathe in deeply, pause and exhale. Breathe in bringing your energy into your heart. Exhale. Last breathe in and hold the question. Exhale and allow the answer. The universe will lead you into your intention, so just commit to keeping a gentle focus on That — Not on what you don't want. This is the key. Let us focus on our commitment to ourselves and to following the path the Universe is laying in front of us. We are beings of great love, power, dimension & connection. Because of our great love, we've experienced great heartbreak. All to direct us back to our very self to realize we were whole all along.
